SCOPE: Phase III engineering services for the improvement of I-90/94 at I-290/Congress Pkwy (Jane Byrne Interchange) – Miscellaneous Interchange Ramps at Various Locations. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and reconstruction of miscellaneous Jane Byrne interchange ramps at various locations including Ramp West to South (WS), Ramp South to East (SE), the Taylor Bypass Ramp (new), Eastbound I-290 Exit Ramp to Taylor Street, and portions of Ramp East to South (ES) and the Westbound Congress Viaduct Bridge, construction of five retaining walls as well as odifications to one existing retaining wall, roadway reconstruction, erosion control and protection, air quality monitoring, utility relocation of existing storm sewers, special waste excavation, earth excavation, embankment, roadway and underpass lighting, ITS, pavement marking, overhead sign structures, traffic control and protection, etc., all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement is required.
